Tenants must meet the following qualifications:
Income
You have the ability to pay rent for one year. (Proof provided through verification of employment, or a combination of employment income, recurring government payments, cash reserves, or a voucher or rental assistance from a qualified agency.)
Preference for tenants with a demonstrated recurring source of income greater than one year.
Your annual income is less than:

➞   5 people | $96,600
Additional income limits may apply to different properties.
Criminal Record
You are not listed on the State of Alaska Sex Offender/Child Kidnapper Registry
You have not been convicted of manufacturing or producing methamphetamines.

    MASH Property Management will get back to you about openings in the different properties as soon as possible. Once an agreement is reached, we will have prospective tenants fill out a more extensive income verification and lease request for final approval. The screening process takes approximately one week.
