Eligibility
Tenants must meet the following qualifications:
Income
You have the ability to pay rent for one year. (Proof provided through verification of employment, or a combination of employment income, recurring government payments, cash reserves, or a voucher or rental assistance from a qualified agency.)
Preference for tenants with a demonstrated recurring source of income greater than one year.
Your annual income is less than:

➞ 2 people | $71,550
➞ 3 people | $80,500
➞ 4 people | $89,400
➞ 5 people | $96,600
Additional income limits may apply to different properties.
Criminal Record
You are not listed on the State of Alaska Sex Offender/Child Kidnapper Registry
You have not been convicted of manufacturing or producing methamphetamines.

Unfortunately, no pets or children are allowed to live on the premises at this time.
